How We Work Together

Some of the areas we most often walk through together — and what that work can look like.

Childhood Trauma, Attachment & Relational Wounds

Our earliest relationships shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life’s challenges. If you’ve experienced neglect, criticism, emotional disconnection, instability, or trauma, you may notice lasting impacts on your daily life.

You may be experiencing

  • Difficulty trusting yourself or others
  • Low self-worth or self-criticism
  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected
  • Challenges in relationships or setting healthy boundaries
  • A constant sense of anxiety or not feeling “safe”
  • Self-harm or other addictive behaviours

Together, we will

  • Understand how early experiences continue to influence you today
  • Explore patterns that no longer serve you
  • Build emotional safety and nervous system regulation
  • Strengthen your connection with yourself and others
  • Cultivate trust, belonging, and self-compassion

Healing is not about changing who you are. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have longed to be seen, heard, and cared for.

Grief & Loss

Grief is a natural response to loss, yet it can feel overwhelming, confusing, and deeply isolating.

Loss may include

  • The death of a loved one
  • The end of a relationship
  • Changes in health
  • Infertility
  • Migration or relocation
  • Major life transitions
  • The loss of hopes, dreams, or expectations

Together, we will

  • Honour your grief at your own pace
  • Create space for difficult emotions
  • Make sense of your experience with compassion
  • Stay connected to what gives your life meaning and purpose
  • Discover hope while carrying your loss with gentleness

Anxiety, Stress Management & Emotional Well-Being

Chronic stress and anxiety can leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of worry and self-criticism.

You may be experiencing

  • Constant worry or overthinking
  • Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained
  • Difficulty relaxing or sleeping
  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
  • Physical tension or nervous system overwhelm

Together, we will

  • Better understand your emotions, physical sensations, and nervous system
  • Explore patterns and triggers that contribute to stress and anxiety
  • Build emotional resilience and self-compassion
  • Learn practical tools for emotional regulation
  • Help you feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful
