About Heart Sage

For over two decades, I have walked alongside people from diverse backgrounds — as a volunteer, mentor, social worker, and counsellor — supporting individuals and families through emotional, relational, and developmental challenges.

Through the support of someone in my life, I came to experience firsthand the profound difference it makes to have a safe, non-judgmental, and person-centered space — a place where I felt truly heard and gently guided to reconnect with my body, my inner wisdom, and a sense of peace. This experience deeply shaped who I am today — both as a person and as a therapist.

Heart Sage Counselling was born from this intention. Following my graduation with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, I created this practice to offer others the same quality of presence that once helped me. I am here to walk alongside those who are seeking clarity, navigating their path forward, and reconnecting with themselves and the people who matter most.

Fancy is a compassionate and dedicated therapist at Heart Sage Counselling, with 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. Her background includes working with children, youth, adults, and caregivers across diverse cultural and family systems.
