Insurance & Coverage

Private Insurance

Most private insurance plans cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).

Tip: We encourage you to check with your insurance provider in advance to confirm that "Social Work" or "Counselling" services are included in your specific benefits package.

Direct Billing

To help make counselling more accessible, direct billing may be available for eligible clients through:

  • Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)
  • TELUS Health eClaims (for participating insurance plans)

If you’re unsure whether your plan is eligible for direct billing, I’d be happy to discuss your options with you before your first appointment.
