As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), I am licensed to provide virtual counselling services to residents in the following provinces:
Online sessions are available across most of Canada under Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) guidelines — not currently available in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, or Prince Edward Island. Please contact us to confirm eligibility if you reside outside the provinces listed above.
Payments can be made via e-Transfer to counsellor@heartsagecounselling.ca. Payments are due prior to or at the time of the session.
Official receipts are provided automatically after each session, which you can submit to your private insurance provider for reimbursement.
Most private insurance plans cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
Tip: We encourage you to check with your insurance provider in advance to confirm that "Social Work" or "Counselling" services are included in your specific benefits package.
