Session Fees
All sessions are 50 or 75 minutes in length, conducted via a secure, PHIPA/HIA compliant video platform.
Individual Counselling
Couples or Family Counselling
GST may apply, where required.
Provincial Coverage
Heart Sage Counselling, led by a Registered Social Worker (RSW), offers virtual counselling services to individuals and families in Saskatchewan and Ontario.
Additional services may be available in other Canadian jurisdictions where permitted under applicable professional regulations and the Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation.
Payment & Receipts
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via e-Transfer (counsellor@heartsagecounselling.ca) or cash.
Please note that cash payments are available for in-person counselling sessions only.
Receipts & Documentation
Official receipts are provided after each session for insurance reimbursement.
Insurance & Coverage
Private Insurance
No direct billing at this time. Clients may submit official receipts for reimbursement after each session.
Most private insurance plans cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Clients are encouraged to check with their insurance provider to confirm that Social Work services are included in their benefits coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Less than 24 hours may be charged the full session fee.
- Fees may be waived in cases of emergency.
A friendly reminder that all appointments are booked in Central Standard Time (CST).
Late cancellation and/or no-show fees still apply in case of a missed session due to time zone differences.
