As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), I am licensed to provide virtual counselling services to residents in the following provinces:
Additional regions may be covered under Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) guidelines. Please contact us to confirm eligibility if you reside outside these provinces.
Payments can be made via e-Transfer to counsellor@heartsagecounselling.ca or by cash (in-person only). Payments are due prior to or at the time of the session.
Official receipts are provided automatically after each session, which you can submit to your private insurance provider for reimbursement.
Most private insurance plans cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
Tip: We encourage you to check with your insurance provider in advance to confirm that "Social Work" services are included in your specific benefits package.
Services may be covered under the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients. Please contact us in advance to discuss direct billing arrangements and confirm eligibility before your appointment.
